![]() Your task manager is an invaluable tool for showing you what you need to be working on when. What about the task manager? What do I use that for? While it is true that everything you need to get done must be done within the context of time, that doesn’t mean you should load up your calendar with tasks every day. ![]() They shouldn’t automatically appear there. This means that while some tasks will show up on your calendar, not all of them will. When you see something on your calendar, you should know that “I absolutely have to do this thing at this time, no matter what.” You do not want to clutter your calendar with things that are not absolutely essential as this will just make you distrust your calendar. These are not things that you should do, these are things that you must do.
